Stock refills every 1500 to 2099 seconds (25 to 35 minutes).
It also refills at once when a boss statue gets or loses its crystal, or when Core Commander is defeated.
A refill puts every slot back to the amount listed. Each purchase takes one item.
An item behind a condition stays out until the condition is met, and the items after it move up.
How it moves in
Place a Bed in a closed room of at most 64 tiles. Walls and doors close the room.
Put the merchant's idol in the same room and keep at least one floor tile free of objects.
The bed must not belong to another merchant yet. One bed holds one merchant.
Every 5 seconds the game calls each merchant whose idol stands in a room with a free bed. Only one of each merchant lives in a world.
A merchant more than 30 tiles from its bed goes back to it, unless a player stands within 2 tiles of it.
If its bed is gone, a merchant moves to another free bed whose room holds its idol.
